Managing Director – Anver Limited With over 25 years experience in the communications industry, Anver Anderson manages a full service solutions agency for the satellite and broadcast industry. Anver Ltd, now in its fifth year, provides management consultancy and business guidance to leading satellite operators, manufacturers and service providers worldwide for product and service development as well as strategic and tactical market planning. Anver Ltd also provides satellite space segment for radio, tv and data services. Clients include ITN, Al Jazeera, AIB, APTN, Elliott Management, VT Communications, Ovum, Advent Communications (Vislink Group) . Anver has worked for global satellite operators such as Inmarsat and Europe*Star as well as service providers including Vyvx, VT Merlin Communications and British Telecom and has extensive experience in business development and product marketing centred on sport and news gathering as well as full time satellite services. He is also a regular judge at the Cable & Satellite International annual awards competition and is on the steering committee of the British Satellite Network (BSN) the UK Chapter of the Society for Satellite Professionals International (SSPI). Has extensive experience of space segment acquisition and supply and manufacturing Having started out his career back in 1978 bashing a Morse code key up and down, to communicate with ships at sea world wide, Anver has witnessed, and taken active part in, many changes and developments in the communications industry over the period.
